Where Atom was regarded as third-class processor a bit in the past, the new generation has significantly better performance, yet energy efficient. These so-called Bay Trail generation would also mean big changes for the mobile sector. Atom tablets should be fuel efficient and powerful sanding and closer to Haswell tablets.
