Asus K93SM - Gaming Review
This review will focus on the gaming performance of this notebook. It is therefore the GeForce GT630M where attention goes. The reason for buying the notebook was due to the strong processor (Intel Core i7 2670QM), the big screen with good resolution (1920x1080 @ 18.4 inches) and RAM . At school we have many virtualizations run and in my free time I like to play a game. The benchmarks used are put attention on a few elements:

Tessellation
Overall performance is expressed in FPS.

World of Warcraft
3DMark06
Final Fantasy XIV Benchmark
Heaven DX11 3.0
Battlefield 3
Half-Life 2 Video Stress Test
I believe that the chosen benchmarks gives a good reflection of the actual gaming performance. So focusing 3Dmark06 and Final Fantasy is still on DX9 and thus give the "older games" again. Battlefield Heaven and show the power of DX11 can do with a GPU. World of Warcraft A lot has to be played MMO World of Warcraft or WoW (hereafter WoW). WoW has always worked in recent years with DX9, but is also fully converted for DX11 graphics cards. Since a time When testing the FPS is obviously DX11 used because the 600 series nVidia supports it. I have made a distinction between a client charged with WoW addons and without addons. The more active player will use addons and this may well affect the FPS anyway.
