Week ago I bought this laptop. I really wanted a full HD display with 1920x1080 resolution. I did not buy it for gaming, but for office use (large spreadsheets) and movies. He comes home to stand so mobility is not an issue. Only from the kitchen to the TV to stream HD movies to the TV via I like my data windows separated HDMI.Omdat I wanted a 2nd drive in it. Need not be so great. 128 GB is more than enough for windows and applications required. Thanks to the reviews of Tweakers.net I knew that this could in this laptop. Because an SSD and presenting a very large speedups opted for a 120 GB SSD disk. home I reached the bottom loose for the SSD disk. Unfortunately there was no bracket available to build the SSD disk or space . Initially, I had the HD with some cardboard clip put, bracket comes later. Then booted. Since I had the last demo model was windows already, but I still had to activate. So I put him right back out and changed the boot order in the BIOS. Since it is rather strange is all arranged with Windows 8, I got a CD so could install windows 'from scratch'. I did of course not all that junk on acer laptop. My first impression after installing windows and all drivers was ... wow, fast. Obviously the SSD. closed within 15 seconds and start including login, so the way to Start screen. Now a week later I think ... WOW really cool and fast. Windows 8 is getting used just like everyone. What takes some getting used to, is the ratio. 1920x1080 instead 1650.1050 me desktop. I had expected that the letters would be on a 17 "(22" on my desktop) is very small but that is not so. I find them just great keyboard is used to, but a numeric keypad on the right is really amazing. I have a few HD movies sent to the TV via HDMI. And that does exactly what I expected. I'm so happy with this choice zeeeeeeeeer.
