Acer Travelmate Timeline 8371-353G32N

First I must state that I obviously do not have a lot of understanding of laptops as most people Tweakers do have this, which I know I have often inherited from this forum or friends. Secondly, this is not a laptop where the toughest applications run must be. This is not the reason I bought it, I bought it because because I wanted a mobile laptop that is not too much room in my bag and still occupies properly could handle multiple browsers simultaneously with multiple Microsoft Office activities. (Operates the laptop up properly for these purposes) anyway Wilde another explain about my reviews: The Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 processor is below par for a Business Laptop and this was the only reason I hesitated about this Laptop; However, it was the price / quality ratio of the laptop in general who had me convinced. 's 3 GB DDR III memory is more than enough for what I use it for've never been so far the max. The 320 GB hard drive with 5400 RPM I obviously have preferred a higher RPM but given the price this is certainly adequate , the 13.3 inch display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 1366x768 (WXGA Wide) resolution is working very pleasant. The connection properties are certainly to the positive features such as below explained if only because they are present. Since I use the laptop everywhere I miss the HDMI connection, but it is worth mentioning that this is not on it. I miss, however, the reader who is also Memory Stick Pro Duo can read all my Sony devices. As indicated he performs for what I use it very well except for the processor which in my opinion had expected better. Bouwkwaliteit is certainly adequate and still feels the laptop battery in very light. The layout of the keyboard is pleasant and logical way with the famous FN key BUT the meeveren of the middle part of the keyboard while typing does the rest of the design to make sure deficit. The presence of a separate EURO and DOLLAR key does not weigh on . against too little direction buttons also unfortunate that the 3 keys above the keyboard are dedicated to: WLAN on and off run BackupJob Energy saving mode on and off with the exception of the point I do not understand these choices. Personally I would have preferred a Bluetooth on and off had rather they did send via the FN + F3. The biggest advantage of the keyboard, which I had never expected, moreover, was the fingerprint reader. This often works (yes really sometimes not at all) very well, and Acer has even added a piece of software that allows you to assign each finger that you have shortcuts. A person with ten fingers can therefore start to 10 programs, but only by one of the fingers to pick up the print reader. Finally, a separate button to disable your touchpad I find a useful addition for someone much typing and at one point the thumb on the touchpad gets that normally causes the cursor suddenly somewhere else. Heat and sound production falls giant him, and as the air cooling on the side is no problem the laptop on your lap much to have. , the 6 cell battery lasts long enough, but obviously not as long as Acer would want us to believe. Price is the main reason why I bought the laptop: a small (but not so small that you irritate the screen filled with scrollbars) laptop with good specifications for surfing and work. If anyone want to know or see pictures, even more, I am always accessible
