This laptop I got 13-1-2014 at home. I plan to write a more comprehensive review but want a first impression to give advice to potential buyers ... Hard drive is slow when installing programs and transferring files is striking: the hard disk is slow. This is the biggest flaw, my advice: do not buy this laptop if you are not going to extend it! For running intensive programs, the laptop is already very good. But it is the actions that you perform dozens of times a day, can you much gain speed by improving hard drive. Display Screen: very good, matte, viewing angles are good, color is good. Build quality, robustness and keyboard very well: the surface where your palms rest on having a rubber layer, feels good. Keyboard bounces along well. Numpad is a plus. Backlit keyboard has 4 positions in intensity. Page up and down arrow keys sitting next to you, I need to get used to. The LEDs for power on, wifi, bluetooth, and volume (3x) are fairly bright. I would personally like this off, do not know if that is possible. Hard drive is replaced, battery replaced. Memory is expandable. Caddy can be used to place. Extra hard drive heat and noise. Lovely quiet when browsing. For heavier tasks you can hear the fans. But during a movie no longer notice it. I will also run a heavy program where no sound comes with it, let's see how that turns out. Price Price I would like to be sufficient. Because you are almost obliged to buy a SSD in the price and thus ~ 150 to 200 will be positioned higher.
