HP Compaq 2710p (RU539EA)

Sometime in February 2008, I received a HP 2710P of the case, which was a replacement for the Dell Latitude D630 I had before.
Obviously, this is thus a completely different kind of notebook I could not really compare. Appearance The build quality feels very strongly , everything is cold so what indicates metallic (aluminum) material. Despite this, the thing is very light in the hand. It is equipped with a 12.1 inch screen with out a black border of 1 cm which is surrounded again by half an inch before the spoils sides of the notebook are approached. This gives it a robust look. There are some nice touches, for example:

Touch-sensitive volume control
Flip-up antenna
Fold light for typing in the dark (had preferred keyboard backlight but oh well)
1.3MP camera
HP Information button
Slide the wireless on and off
Ease
The thing works very good for people on the go and is equipped with all comforts. There are a few minor things that bothered me. screen could turn and vice versa clap for a tablet PC of the making, this is obviously great but Unfortunately, you could rotate the screen just right. Maybe this was not technically possible but it is a pity. 's speakers, I have the way speaker (s) say because there is only one, are very poor quality. As long as you sound not put up is still to hear. All buttons and sliders work fine, and is therefore nothing to criticize. The greatest lack is an optical drive, which only comes with the docking / expansion bay. 's expansion bay offers a few extra USB ports and the notebook also provides a video-out port. Speed is not the best, this is mainly due to the Ultra Low Voltage U7600 that was in me. This turned at a speed of 1.2Ghz what my usage is too little. With the basic of Vista (Aero) and average computer usage it should be sufficient but if you have too many things open and sometimes works with Photoshop, I would not recommend it. HD is super small size, to name almost sweet he is 1.8inch wide and equipped with a shock sensor that protects against falls and renacties while the notebook is in the laptop. Accu Here they have surely done their best on this is in fact very well and keeps the laptop for 6 hours with normal battery. hereby I have to tell you the correct settings (HP Battery Life) must have to be to get it. It is also possible to buy an extended battery and beneath hanging, unfortunately I have no experience with it.
