Sony Vaio VGN-AR41L

This is my 1st laptop so have little experience with other laptops. Do have a Toshiba Tecra worked half years, so know what. Did doubted that I would buy a laptop, 15 "or 17" and 8600GT or not, what kind of processor, etc.. ultimately Did this chosen for different points namely. 1: Design, the visual is 2: X-black screen 3: HDMI output so I can connect it to my TV 4: Santa Rosa platform 5: Sound quality 6: Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 and Photoshop 5.0, which I was planning to buy. 7: The price is relatively cheap for a Vaio, if you count the software. Moreover, I am very pleased with the laptop. The video card that is in it is a 8400GT which I get 2300 points in 3DMark06. Is not really a gaming video card but you can still play with a game at lower quality. It is similar to a 7600GO but with HD support and DX10. disadvantage is that many games do not support 1440x900. Also he is very quiet, I never actually hear him. maximum performance battery duration is 2 hours, so that's not bad I think. only One that disappoints me a bit is the so-called anti-reflective screen. The display is very bright as many new laptops these days, but according to Sony was the Vaio ideal for outdoors thanks to the anti-reflective screen, but that is against me. Maybe the more expensive model with two lights is better. Screen regards colors, is again very good, so photos and videos look very good. Viewing angle is again less. Updated: Aug 29, 2009 Laptop is still doing well, only the acuu not much more. Battery life is no more than 15min. If I do my own fault because I always plug it've been. Moreover, let the paint loose at the front of the memory card slot
