Toshiba Satellite P300D-11H

Introduction:

After I had done my remote desktop system I was looking for a replacement in the form of a laptop. I also could use a good student'' friendly'' laptop for my next study. After some research on the Internet have done I did end up with the Toshiba Satellite P300D-11H. Featureset: One of the reasons I chose the P300D-11H was not that I wanted to do big step back in terms of technical specifications. The laptop features an AMD 64 X2 processor, 3GB of memory and a hard disk of 250GB. These specifications are very close to my old desktop system. In addition to what is described above, the laptop also offers a HDMI-CEC connection, a CD / DVD burner (DVD + / - RW DL) and a built-in speaker of the brand Harman / Kardon. I found also important, because I want to connect it to my LCD TV, I listen to music regularly, while in need of good sound laptop and finally occasionally necessary to download and burn a DVD. Achievements: Technical specifications do not lie, the P300D-11H is capable. In the beginning I was afraid that working on a laptop merely produces frustration, because it works so slowly, but I was wrong. I am now about half a day to work with the P300D-11H and I myself have frustrated a minute. The laptop is performing better than expected. Thanks to the AMD X2 processor and 3GB of memory running Vista like a train. The video card (AMD ATi Mobility Radeon HD3470 128MB VRAM) performs properly. Of course I can spell like Command and Conquer 3 is not playing at the highest settings, but in normal / low it is doable. The speed of the hard drive is 5400 rpm, which is slower than the 7200RPM hard drive that produced in my desktop system. As a result, it took a while until then I had transferred from my external hard drive to the hard drive in my laptop (about an hour). 21GB of data Anyway, I take for granted.
