The Legend Of Zelda - Twilight Princess Wii Review

Introduction:
It has been almost three years since The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker was released, and there was a great commotion about his childish graphical appearance. It was the first time that Zelda fans were in different camps, although the one camp were the graphical appearance tpf, so did the other half nothing. But now, three years later, Nintendo does so with a new Zelda game, with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Can this game Zelda fans back a smile to our faces?
Hyrule is in danger again, but this time it's taken forearms by a dark force, called the Twilight. You start as a'' child'' link and later grows into the game off. Your opponent is now called Zant Hyrule, he would inundate with Twilight, and it's your job to stop him. Graphical 8 Although it is a little bit disappointing for the Wii, it's a wonderful game. Do think that this is an original Gamecube game was later ported just with the controls there for the Wii. The game certainly has some beautiful light effects is immediately noticeable, and the water looks very good but do not expect Xbox 360-like graphics. I must give a compliment that they can deliver. Game with so little (Gamecube hardware), such splendor This proves that if you have well-developed Artwork, the game can still feel modern. Sound: 8 The sound is also nothing wrong, you can re-enact famous tunes! What is fun for the fans. There is no voice acting, but that makes the game no less! Also included is the legendary Zelda tune in it that you hear when you solve a puzzle. The level of detail of the sound is more than enough, you hear galloping your horse and you hear the swing of your sword. Content: 10 The size of the game is incredible. This is the greatest action adventure ever. You can simply 40 to 50 hours walking around in the world of Zelda and still have not completed everything. Do you have completed the game? Then you can still collect everything that you unlocked items. There are also mini-games hidden throughout the game. Like fishing with your Wii-Mote! And a snowboarding game with a fairly big job to them slipping. Nintendo could easily sell this game in two and split, and as a series, and no one will have also noticed. Controls: 9 The controls are actually standard, but it works. Wave your Wii-Mote to hit with your sword and shake your Nunchuk to a revolving sword strike. What's also nice is that when you go fishing, the Wii Mote than is used! Rod as That gives more feeling kwa realism. The camera you can easily change the C button, and you go with the stick on your Nunchuk. Although this so original was a Gamecube game, the controls for the Wii is okay intrigued. Result: 8.75 Zelda fans this laugh, it's been a wonderful game, kwa kwa storyline and visual aspects. Nintendo proves that if you take you can make a beautiful game three years time It's not what it is the end of the game, but how to get there, and so does the game just fine. If you compare the game with another game qual level design and story and content, then it's not a fair match. This game is not only the best Wii Launch game, but certainly in part, to the best game ever made. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is quite simply a masterpiece, and certainly a top title to have!

Uncharted - Drake's Fortune PlayStation 3 Review

THE GAME: Uncharted you think Indiana Jones in terms of story and Tomb Raider game terms. It can be described as an action adventure in which the main character Drake participates interspersed with some platforming and driving in firefights. Playability: The controls are smooth and responds well. The camera, however, often running at the wrong time so you are constantly forced to correct you. Steering direction Often, you are correct, the first camera to perform before a jump. In some parts of the game, another character walks with you. Unlike other games has been well cared for here is the character that is not getting in the way. Uncharted conceals loading disc in a special way: when walking to another room through a corridor or tunnel, you suddenly stopped running. You can only walk very slowly until the new space is loaded. Unfortunately, the player receives no indication that the game is loading so you often think your controller becomes unresponsive because you can not shoot / run. PICTURE: The graphical models are in themselves of high quality and are certainly not blocky. It has clearly done his best to make it look slick to look. The animation is also of high quality. Unfortunately, that can not be said for the rendering engine that is used for this game. The low frame rate and very noticeable tearing remind the player time and again that it is not a film but a game where the manufacturer has had to optimize the rendering engine no attention. SOUND: The sound is one of the points where this game is well can score. Although the dialogue is often some B-movie-like about it is the voices and sound effects are good in themselves. The music is atmospheric. The surround sound I have not tested it, but the packaging says that Dolby Digital 5.1, PCM 5.1 and 7.1 are supported. BUGS: When starting the game came straight away a bug to light. The packaging states that the game supports 1080p. On my PS3 are 720p and 1080p set as supported resolution for my TV. Nevertheless, the game still undesirable display in 720p. Only when only 1080 supported resolution is set as the game will be displayed. 1080p This should therefore played each time than Uncharted the picture settings are changed. Another bug, which, incidentally, is quite difficult to reproduce, was this: to look for treasures you must explore rock formations. By jumping in a certain way between two rock formations Drake continues to bounce back and forth between rocks. Here you can not get out without restarting the game. The game has been around for several months and said bugs are not fixed with a patch. The probability that there will patch seems small. VERSION: The version discussed here is the Japanese version of the game. Given the current exchange rates it pays to import. The price was 4,600 yen (about 40 euros). The game was played on a Japanese PS3. The game can be played in English or Japanese choice. The language is separately adjustable for the voices, subtitles and menus. The manual and packaging it in Japanese, but knowledge of the Japanese language is not required to play the game. The Japanese title for this game is Uncharted - El Dorado no Himoh. CONCLUSION: Unfortunately, Uncharted is a product which necessarily had to be finished for the lucrative holiday season. Everything has to actually notice that the game has been released in a rush: too little game variety, too little challenge and an optimized rendering engine. There is rain it's a nice story, but it's not nearly as good as the first Tomb Raider parts.

Two Worlds Xbox 360 Review

Introduction

RPGs - Role Playing Games - remain my favorite games. Diablo, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale, and at least another 10 classics populate after all these years still the shelves above my computer. After buying an Xbox 360 last year, of course, could not fail an RPG in my collection. Two Worlds and Oblivion are two of the most famous RPGs on the Xbox 360. Now I read in some game previews sheets that were enthusiastic about the game before it came out, but after the release of the game and play it I must believe that a bit to adjust. Now already pretty fast somewhere praised, some interesting game reviewers are exceptions aside, so I thought it would be okay if I have my own opinion was about Two Worlds on paper. Two Worlds is indeed developed by Polish developer Reality Pump and available for Xbox 360 and PC. YouTube Trailer - opens in new window Gameplay Your character is in Antaloor, a world that, according to the authors is 33% larger than the game world of Oblivion. That could be quite correct, it is a very large folder where you walk around on foot and it takes a few hours before you run. From one side to the other The game is called a free roam RPG. It does not matter where you go, that you may know all by yourself. No linear or prescribed path to follow, you can do quests in the order in which you want to do. You play it in a third person view. You can not choose first person, that would have been anyway. Convenient addition Although the directory is completely free-roam, he must occasionally have drawers. According to the book, he does so seamlessly, but I just call it the lack of a loading screen. Around 10 seconds just state your Freeze your character in the position where it started charging and then after that time you just go back further. Two Worlds consists of a single player and multiplayer. Let me just start with the single player, since the majority of the game. In a role playing game is the first step that you see normally, creating a character. Personally, that's one of the nicest things about an RPG, the part where you choose how your character looks like, what its history is, its good and bad points, his faith, ie are based. That must be the first point of Two Worlds fog goes. You play a male bounty hunter. End of story. You can still choose how detailed it looks like yourself, but you can not choose a female protagonist and no other profession. You can of course have to choose once in the game where you're going to focus on your career, but you play you have a fighter so. Neither is there any relationship between your level and that of your opponents. In no time you have a level 50 + because you can earn with the side-quests alone. An incredible amount of XP Often, the sidequests in RPGs are just as interesting as the main quest, so I do them often before. This blow after a few hours all the enemies that you encounter with a blow down. And every time the same way. The number of variations in the attack is simply not enough. Sees every blow is almost the same and it often comes down to simply hang on your right trigger as soon as possible. With level 30 and some basic hydroponic I did all 10,000 + damage per hit, at level 50 I had peaks above 30k. When you consider that the number of hitpoints of an opponent is not rising in line with your level - about 1300 points for a wolf perhaps - so you'll soon see that 99.999% of the opponents croaks in one fell swoop. You feel like you are playing with God Mode. Graphics The graphics are of a high standard. This is also one of the best points of the game. It is therefore surprising that when they announced today sequel - Two Worlds:. The Temptation - will focus on improving the graphics, the emphasis trees blowing in the wind, grass as well. There are beautiful storm clouds, rain, fog, snow, sun. The sun shines brightly in your face when you look against it, water reflects the area tidy. Items you have heaps of detail, and every horse looks different again. Cities are also very nicely designed, no building looks the same. There are small villages with wooden houses, big cities with stone buildings. Even sitting in the caves variation. Artificial Intelligence Artificial intelligence is a moderate level. Enemies with a bow and arrow to continue you running - endless! - Until you have caught up or turn around the neck in a different way. There simply using your sword running down and you would expect them to switch to close combat, but alas. Running away is their motto. If you give up and go away, then they come after you. Similarly, the scripting of quests is not really you-from-it. Quests usually consist of repeating tasks. There is a necromancer that gives you the task of what to pick. Upon a gallows If you've done that you should still get two of the same item, and 5, etc. This is a real breaking point, you feel more than a mailman bounty hunter. Furthermore, I managed to screw up one time by just a bit to choose than the makers had programmed a different route. Quest I had to take care of the Karga Clan that a certain cave and tunnel from one town was empty, but I had done that quest I had another quest the Karga Clan wiped off the map. Then I called the cave emptied and then you get coolly message that you have to go log into a specific character, but yeah ... that was no longer there. Then stays there during the whole game around flashing dot on your map and mini-map, which was formerly that character where you got the quest. Other quests are just neat or 'clipped' if you've gotten to the Karga Clan, but these were left out. Alchemy System The Alchemy system is well thought out and developed. Basically, you have two or more identical weapons, shoes, harnesses, helmets, arrows or other items together to form a better item. Each item has a level so. Two merge is level 2, three merging is level 3, and so on. Every time your item is a bit more powerful. With various herbs that grow everywhere, parts of animals or jewelry you can create both temporary and permanent potions. Especially those permanent potions can be incredibly powerful and you bring dozens stats points, eg +50 strength permanently. With jewelry you can also add fire, poison, cold, lightning or spirit damage to your guns and not a little too. There is no limit attached. Spirit damage can be stopped, so once you've chosen a nice weapon by any opponent to spirit damage add is sufficient as much as you want. This system is also one of the best points of the game, but does at the same time also the gameplay undoing. If you are using the Alchemy system where it is, then you're in no time more powerful than any opponent whatsoever. If you ever want to play the game again, then it is advised not to use it. Alchemy That's the gameplay better. Magic System There are five different magical powers in Two Worlds - water, fire, value, air and necromancy. Each school has five different spell levels. For example, unlike Neverwinter Nights, where low level spells are no longer useful soon, you can also connect to the Two Worlds spells to powerful weapons. Every magic power you can use a Spell Card. You can just stacking, or stacking. So I had a simple first level poison dart collected for 70 times and that was more powerful than any spell higher whatsoever. If that's not everything, then you can also use booster cards, such as less mana usage, longer duration of the spell or simply more power. This makes it magic usage even interesting. fighters for You get more than enough stats points to let go, so you get the highest level spells may even accumulate. One or two magic schools to the maximum Large groups opponents can therefore also be equally shut down, but I did not use them for. Usually I used magic to get. Those irritating, running away archers Once you hit them with a spell they're either dead, or they stay for a moment and then you have the time to deal with your ax or sword. They know Stats and feats An RPG stands or falls with the stats system. You want to be playing a role and often RPG players quite true to a certain type of character. Benign / malignant, strong weapons or magic, quick attacks, especially strong attacks, and so on. Everyone has their own preferences. Two Worlds that matter remains unaffected. Instead of complex die-stories you see at your stats points simply get what you get when you give up that feature point. If you choose to raise a point, sword fighting is just neatly: +10% damage. Nice and simple. If you make a mistake, then there is nothing to worry about really. You can look for a Skillchanger and that you can rollback career fee. It will not cost you XP (experience points), but money. This way you can in the beginning to focus on hand-to-hand combat and after level 20 or so to switch to full-power wizard Furthermore, not all feats and skills available from the start. To learn some skills you'll have to find a trainer. Each trainer is a member of a particular group, so if you are on bad terms with the Karga Clan I would find somewhere else to visit a trainer - that's a lot cheaper. Sound effects and music , the sound effects themselves are beautiful, the weather such as thunderstorms sound very good and true, but the number of sound effects is really subpar. Once it starts to rain, your character automatically calls' rain! ". After an hour of play, you can predict what your character is going to call at any time. The number of one-liners is limited to the absolute minimum, I have the idea. Furthermore knocks again is not always what he or she calls. Once you encounter a few dinosaurs, it may well be that he 'bandits! " calling. I really think a disturbing factor in a game that just had a lot of potential to Oblivion to forget. I have some music concerns do not really feel like I had a lot of background music. Large parts of the time you just do not have any music there and you should do it with the sound effects. Maybe that's why so monotonous and fast sound familiar? Multiplayer Besides playing the same game with a character other than a male bounty hunter, you can in multiplayer or choose what you play. Go for magic or bow and arrow, you will get completely different skills and feats to invest. And except for the free-roam map in multiplayer you can still do some other things, which you do not normally find in RPGs. How about player versus player in Team Deathmatch? Quake goes Medieval ... Or Team Assault where you have to defend a monument while that of the enemy destroyed? Team Monster Hunt, in which both teams have to walk around, which must be defeated. as soon as possible by the opponent some monsters Horse Racing Team where you should come. crossed the finish line first on your horse finally also Team Horse Stealing, where a certain number of horses in your stable should receive first either stray or that of your opponent. Achievements Well, you were one of the first who bought the game after the release, then you stay unfortunately stabbing at 930 achievement points . Due to a bug in the game was entering a specific underground cave impossible. Instead of going into the cave you were transported to any health shrine. In total you 1000 points to get achievements, after the patches and updates that came months later. It is not possible to use an existing save game from before the updates to retrieve. 1,000 points So you will really need to update, and then a completely new game play to get. 1,000 points It is ludicrous that this is not detected in the beta testing. Somebody has to be the cave are trying to come in during testing you might think. Conclusion The developers call the game better than Oblivion and that could have been if they had worked. a few months so Now it's as if you bought the game. Beta for 60 euros The game certainly has its positives and you can stay fresh for hours, but as you play the game longer you are you annoyed with the negatives. If the game a few months into the bargain bin, it's nice to go and play, but now to go buy it for the retail price, I would advise against anyone. Pick up an interesting game like Blue Dragon with me, surprisingly extensive and great gameplay. That is my conclusion as RPG enthusiast. If you love Diablo 2-like games, with eeeenorm extensive number of weapons, armor, rings and other items to collect, to enchant and combined without limit (!) and thus themselves more dozens of hours hack 'n' slash to do, then you'll Two Worlds appreciate his good points, and you'll meet. a lovely time It may be safely said. Forza Motorsport 2 Xbox 360 Review

Introduction

After several years without computer games played on very occasionally Neverwinter Nights after, it seemed fun to do that again. So I have an Xbox 360 Premium purchased last year and while some games. First I bought Tomb Raider: Legends and Need For Speed: Most Wanted. First, I had pretty quickly played out and the second was not a game to me. I like a little more realism in a racing game. For convenience, I looked in the magazines which at that time were the best racing games and so I came up with Project Gotham Racing 3 and Forza Motorsport 2 , where especially the ingame screenshots were on are me or FM2. Gameplay Forza Motorsport 2 is actually three parts. You have the Arcade section where you have a fixed circuit required to drive a car fixed and thereby should try to be covered over a period of time. A lap faster This boils down to a Time Trial. Every time you manage to get such a time trial you unlock the car for use in online multiplayer and other elements of the game (not yet in career). You can also drive to an exhibition race some cars to unlock or you can drive around Free. The second part of your career. In it you have a large number of categories in which you can race. There are races where you get access only with a four-cylinder, or just with a Japanese car, or alone with a rear or front wheel drive car. Each race has its own charms and his opponents. The opponents are very natural. So you'll include Tom Coronel against. With every race you can win money by 1st, 2nd or 3rd to be. You will first of all races in a particular category? Then you get a gift car. That car you can then deploy again to win in a different category. Different races The trick of course is to win, so you can participate in other classes, without having a need to buy cars. As long as the third part is obviously the online multiplayer. You can choose between simply driving some races against random opponents or you can join an online tournament where every race in the fastest people go through to the next round until the final. In multiplayer you can win in-game credits, of course. There's even an achievement to it. You can get 30 achievement points if you win in online races. 1 million credits available cars in Forza Motorsport There is a choice of over 300 different cars, which also exist in real life. Those cars are divided into several categories, namely, D, C, B, A, S, and U for production cars and R1 to R4 for the race cars. D consists mainly of complacent middle class and classics, C is a category in which some smoother mid-class cars are, in B you talking mostly about sports cars, A is primarily a category for sports cars, and S is the class in which only super sports cars are. To here now going to put all 300 cars down a list I find a bit far to go, so I will confine myself to posting a link to the car list on the official site of Forza Motorsport 2 . These are the "original" 310 cars of Forza Motorsport 2. The majority, 303 cars, is in all versions of FM2 and the remaining seven are in the Limited Edition of the game. Addition : In the meantime, there are already three car packs and two circuit packs released via Xbox Live, which allows you to add additional cars to your collection fee of Microsoft Points. You'll need to make sure you buy with in-game credits. In your career Because this list of cars is not as long as the original list, I call them briefly. free Nissan car pack - August 2007 * 2007 Nissan Altima * 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V * 2007 Nissan 350Z Car Pack 1 - September 2007 * 2006 Audi R10 # 8 Audi Sport Team Joest * 1970 Dodge Challenger R / T Hemi * 2006 Dodge Challenger Concept * 2006 Honda Civic Si Coupe * 2007 Honda Civic Type-R (EDM) * 1967 Lamborghini Miura P400 * 2006 Lamborghini Miura Concept * 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997) * 2007 Saturn Sky Red Line * 2007 SEAT Leon Cupra (also separately - for free - available) * 2007 SEAT Leon Supercup Car Pack 2 - December 2007 * 2006 Ferrari FXX * 2008 Koenigsegg CCGT * 1998 Porsche 911 GT1 * 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano * 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera * 2008 Audi R8 * 1991 BMW Motorsport M3 E30 * 2007 Renault Clio 197 (also separately - for free - sold) 1983 Audi Sport Quattro 1980 Renault 5 Turbo * 1973 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Car Pack 3 - March 2008 * 1999 Ferrari F50 GT Ferrari F40 Competizione * 1989 * 2006 Maserati MC12 Corsa * 2007 Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 * 2008 Porsche 911 GT2 (977) * 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia * 2007 # 1 Peugeot 207 Super 2000 (also separately - for free - available) * 2008 BMW Motorsport M3 E92 * 2008 Maserati Gran Turismo * 2007 Audi S5 * 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution X GSR * 2007 Audi TT Coupe S-Line * 1971 BMW Motorsport 3.0 CSL Tracks There is a choice of really existing tracks which are reproduced in detail. So you can get the Nordscheife the Nürburgring driving, where even the text on the surface corresponds to that of the real circuit. Even the signs indicating the name of the curves indicate stand along the side of the road, although you goes by too fast to read them. Route Whether you have just a quiet round of exploratory drive, which is certainly not a luxury, and you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. They call the circuit is not for nothing that the Green Hell. A total of 12 tracks, of which eight existing circuits in almost 50 different variants to drive. It is possible to include cracks in Mugello, Silverstone, Nurburgring, Sebring, Laguna Seca, Suzuka, Road Atlanta or one of the other circuits. Around it is to see that they have looked at how good at making the circuits clearly circuits are in reality. Okay, I admit that I had expected in the stands, more people, but you obviously do not drive Formula 1 car. Sometimes you even do just a Golf GTi from the 80s Then there are not many people at it. Though there are 12 circuits can i find that there are quite a few acquaintances and classics missing. So I'd like to see the latest tracks from Qatar and China, or classics like Zandvoort, Spa-Francorchamps, Hockenheim or Interlagos. Perhaps they will ever become available later as Xbox Live component. Addition : In the meantime, there are already two circuit packs released. The first contains Twin Ring Motegi in four variants: Road Course, East, West and Speedway oval. The second circuit which you can download to Road America. Tuning Tuning is very important in Forza Motorsport 2. It is possible to win without a tune, all races, but it's more fun to do it with. That is because not only the cars are natural, but the tuning components. Unlike Need for Speed: Most Wanted where you can choose between things like Pro and Ultimate, you can only go in Forza Motorsport 2 for eg camshafts from three different manufacturers. Furthermore, you really can really customize everything to your car. There are dozens of different types of tires, there are body kits, hundreds of accessories to make your car faster ranging from luchtfiltertje a turbo kit and even an engine swap. Except motor tuning, there is also the possibility to make your car look different on the outside of to display. Instead of standard stripingkitjes it is possible to thousands of different ones coats with logos and striping to stick on your car so you can really show up as a replica of a famous racecar eg him out. An Audi / Shell R10 TDI looks exactly like in the game on the circuit. With a little creativity you can have a car even them look like police cars. Hilarious simply Fine-tuning Have you chosen car? Do you tuned it? Then you can also underway with fine tuning if you want. Ride height, camber, brake balance, gear ratios, tire pressure, etc.. It is equally adjustable. This way, you can customize your car to the track where you are driving. But the good thing is ... it does not, of course. Forza Motorsport allows you to adjust the way you want, a car completely but in standard-setting, it is possible to win the races. But the development team went for a very realistic game and you can not escape here. Online auctions Except online racing, it is also possible to sell your car.'s online The best you can do that with cars that you have quite a doctored, or to which you have given. Esthetics It is also possible to buy the game developer, offering limited edition cars, often at high "prices." Online cars Note: you buy them with ingame credits! Always want to have either a pink airbrushed S2000 Already the British police car Online you can buy him. Please note: There are jokers offering standard vehicles at prices higher than they are in the game itself costs credits. Telemetry If you consider that the game just looks smooth during the race, then you should just think of what's real is calculated in the meantime. Put your D-Pad for fun Telemetry once and you can real (!) That are calculated your tire pressure, torque, power, speed, shock absorbers, g-forces, and dozens of other data. Graphics The graphics of the game are really fine. Cars look very realistic and also the surroundings are splendid. See Tours looks like the real thing, so you can see trees on the side of the Nürburgring, and sand ... lots of sand ... at Laguna Seca. The only negative thing I can think is that you should do without weather. It would have been great if you had to drive. Too once in full rain Alas that future music and you should do it every race with a beautiful sunshine. unfortunately missing driver or a first person view from the driver's seat. Maybe it was impossible to live really have to make more than 300 different interiors or they have chosen more cars in favor of a cockpit view. We will not be likely to know. It is possible to drive around while you're first person, but you then have no dashboard to watch, you see than what you normally see through the window. Sound effects and music in the game are more than 40 different music tracks real artists like Prodigy, JunkieXL, Faithless and The Chemical Brothers. Unfortunately, you can only enjoy in the menus, it is not possible to play while driving music. Maybe an idea to make an update or Forza Motorsport 3. There an option while driving, you may be able to enjoy the different engine sounds. A V8 sounds like a V8 should sound and a rice rocket with a 4 cylinder turbo whistle nice if you give him a lot on his fag. It is clear that they have given to the sound of the various carriages much attention. I forgive them, therefore I can run while driving. No music Achievements In total you get 1000 points of achievements. You can include a full list here or here to find. Conclusion The game is so extensive that I have not even all matters discussed in this review that are possible. Furthermore, it is obvious that Forza Motorsport 2 is really a showcase of what is possible with the Xbox 360. Both beautiful graphics and ultra-realistic calculations of the adjustment of the car and all in real time while racing. FM2 simply offers a lot of value for money. Forza Motorsport 2 on GoT Finally I want two find links to the Forza Motorsport 2 topics on Gathering of Tweakers. Also there you can find, for the entire car and track lists and much more information and lovers

Looking Battlefield Bad Company - grenade with a smiley

For a long time you were there on the internet artwork around Battlefield Bad Company. Herein we see in the background Four silhouettes of men and in the foreground a hand grenade with a large yellow smiley as a safety pin.

It is the metaphor for the background story of the first-person shooter Battlefield Bad Company, where violence and destruction come to life with humor. It is also the first shooter from Swedish developer DICE that much emphasis on the single player gameplay and its story. DICE is of course best known for her successful Battlefield series, but Bad Company seems geslaag more spin-off to go to than the half-baked Battlefield 2: Modern Combat that was in retrospect a little meat or fish. Incidentally, not a single player only game Bad Company, the game still only comes out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, also has a multiplayer component. Blood is thicker in Sweden probably still where it can not go.

Back to the single, which the creators themselves to put the most emphasis. The player takes the role of newcomer Preston Marlow who tempered by three, trigger happy soldiers hear. Especially for such types, the U.S. Army called the B-Company established where it is a wonderful place for people "who like to blow things up," as one of your teammates Haggard describes it as beautiful. The quartet is completed by an interpreter Sweetwater and team leader 'Sarge'.

During a mission in the Balkans punches you and your comrades on a Russian truck with gold. Then there is only one thing to do: the current mission abort and return on gold hunt. DICE has a good look at the film The Three Kings with George Clooney, who has a similar story. The makers of this influence stabbing the backstory incidentally nowhere under a bushel. What follows is a veritable manhunt involving destruction and destroying environments is elevated to art. Now games have promised us many times these things but Bad Company holds for a change for once his word.

Frontlines: Fuel of War: A Battlefield killer?

Gasoline prices are a source of frustration for many people. If we the vision of Frontlines: to believe, Fuel of War is the end of the price increases still nowhere in sight. In fact, oil is so scarce that the powerful countries there to fight. If the last oil wells are drilled, Russia and China are diametrically opposed to America and Europe. Between them lies the war zone of Frontlines: Fuel of War.

*Third World

The game is set in the near future. All images of doom shortages of raw materials and rising tensions in the world are true. The Russians and the Chinese have made a pact, called the Red Star Alliance. In response, America and Europe, along the Western Coalition Army formed, leaving two absolute superpowers clash. The game begins when the Stray Dogs, a small group of fierce soldiers in the field going for a mission and suddenly encounter troops of the Red Star Alliance.

Now, you might expect to hear as you play Agencies such and such 'and so on, but it shoots the single player mode Frontlines deficit. Is it bad that you're fighting with a nameless soldier? Not necessarily, but it does not ensure that you will bond with the story. The missions are at times quite fun to do and also offer some variety, but ultimately it is 'just' another war in which you 'do' things blow up, people must save and a lot of enemies to shoot again.

The variation owes the game rather than the structure of the story - for that is very fascinating and moreover completely linear - but especially the variety of weapons and gadgets. Frontlines play smart to developments taking place in the army. Thus, the use of remote controlled vehicles is a hot topic. The U.S. military does all tests with an amphibious vehicle to be controlled with an Xbox 360 controller and in Frontlines are several radio controlled vehicles, ranging from a helicopter with a machine gun to small, exploding carts. Nothing is more fun to plant such a car at an unsuspecting enemy soldier and ... boom!

Yet it is mainly down to the foot shooting groves Red Star soldiers. This concerns in particular to look good coverage and use of your teammates. 'Using', because really, you can not call it teamwork. Occasionally there is a single clue to hear where the enemy is, but it is by no means high. While the missions in which vehicles play a big role for even more variety and thus ensure good keep up the pace in the campaign started, the single player mode will especially feel a missed opportunity.
